What is BRSR?
The Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report is SEBI's disclosure format for environmental, social and governance performance. It is mandatory for the top 1,000 listed companies in India by market capitalisation and is filed with the annual report.
What is BRSR Core?
BRSR Core is a smaller set of key performance indicators within BRSR, covering areas such as GHG emissions, energy, water, waste, employee well-being and gender diversity, that must be independently assessed or assured. SEBI applies it in phases, starting with the largest listed companies.
Do you provide the formal BRSR assurance opinion?
